The South Yorkshire Head is run jointly by Doncaster and City of Sheffield Rowing Clubs and is held over a 3000m upstream course on the River Don.

The event is run in three divisions:


Crews must race in the division specified for event on OARA (British Rowing Online Entry system).
Please note that crews may now choose to race in any of the three divisions. If a division is not clearly noted in the entry, the default division will be selected:
Div 1 - Novice to IM3 - all boat types
Div 2 - Junior 1x and Junior 2x (J15 and above only) and all Veterans
Div 3 - IM2 and above and Junior quads (coxed J14 and above)

Seniors/Veteran events - £7 per seat
Junior events - £5 per seat
£2 surcharge for payments on the day

Prizes

One-pint pewter tankards are presented to each mens and womens overall head-winning crew member.

Medals will be awarded to members of all other class-winning crew (class prize awarded to crews winning an event with at least 2 crews racing).

Entries close at noon on Sunday 7th February 2010 or earlier should max capacities be reached beforehand. (max 50 crews per division)
